Written for an initial presentation through New York Madness, Uniforms was originally called The Biltmore Academy and first read at the storied Living Theatre in Downtown New York City. Director Terry Berliner directed the reading, featuring Carolyn Michelle Smith and Jody Christopherson.
Chicago's Prologue Theatre produced The Biltmore Academy in August, 2015 directed by Jerrell L. Henderson.
The Samuel French OOB Festival featured Uniforms at New York City's Classic Stage Company in August of 2016. Jimmy Maize directed the production, which featured Libby Winters and Ito Aghayere with Stage Management by Corrie Beth Shotwell.
